Amazing weekend for Koning Albert

Koning Alberts unorthodox preparation for 4 days of showjumping was a fabulous dressage lesson with Jezz Palmer which Berti took in his stride. Then on the Thursday we travelled to Arena UK's Spring Championships for 4 days of jumping.
Berti was on great form this weekend and with Dani Johnston's fabulous riding they made us very proud. Dani also had 6 other horses in different classes so was kept super busy all weekend.
Berti was placed with double clears on Thursday and Saturday in the National 1m30 Open classes which has qualified them for the National Championships at Stoneleigh, then on Friday, he Qualified for the Winter Grade C Championship class
On Sunday, in the Winter Grade C Championships, which was the last class of the day, Berti came out and impressed yet again, by doing 2 fabulous rounds over a testing course where the jump off was 1m40 and taking 3rd place.
We are all so happy with how he's going and are so looking forward to the rest of 2024 with him.
